Reservation and rental

Reservation requests must be sent to Riad Dar Zampa, by e-mail to the address riaddarzampa@gmail.com.

The description, prices and photos of the rooms offered are visible on the site www.riad-darzampa.com. The photos are not contractual.

Payment of reservations

Access to Riad Dar Zampa is only possible for people who have received written confirmation of their reservation and after receipt of a deposit of at least 30% of the confirmed stay.

Riad Dar Zampa reserves the right to cancel any booking option for which the deposit has not been received on time.

The payment of the deposit is to be made by bank transfer, any bank charges are payable by the customer.

The balance will be paid on the day of arrival on site and in cash. In case of payment in dirhams, the daily exchange rate will be applied.

The prices indicated are per room for the number of person(s) booked on the date selected.

The prices indicated on the site are inclusive of VAT, expressed in euros for practical reasons, and are only valid for the duration indicated.

If the collection at the guest house is made in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange costs are payable by the customer.

The conversion into foreign currency is given for information only and is not contractual. Only the currency confirmed at the time of booking is guaranteed.

The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order.

Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will automatically be passed on to the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.

Riad Dar Zampa s.a.r.l.a.u., when confirming the customer, will indicate the total amount of the order.

Consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be payable at the end of the stay to the owner.

Cancellation and refund

The cancellation of a reservation by the customer must be made in writing, sent by email to Riad Dar Zampa and be the subject of a confirmation of receipt and consideration.

In the event of cancellation by the client, variable compensation is due depending on the date of notification to Riad Dar Zampa according to the following scale:

100% if it takes place at least 30 days before the start of the stay;
50% if it takes place 15 days before the start of the stay;
less than 8 days, the total of the deposit will be lost by the customer;

In case of partial cancellation (reduction of the number of days initially reserved) the amount of the refund of the deposit will be modified according to the number of days canceled for the total of the days reserved.

Any cancellation or modification of a reservation by Riad Dar Zampa and paid by the customer will be notified to the customer and an alternative solution of the same category, without price change, will be offered to the customer.

Local taxes

Local taxes (tourist tax and tourist promotion tax) are mandatory taxes that must be collected by tourist accommodation on behalf of the city and the ONMT.

These taxes are to be paid directly on site to the accommodation except in the case of full prepayment by bank transfer where this amount may be included.

Arrival and departure

The customer must present himself on the specified day and at the times mentioned in this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner.

The client must notify the owner of the day and time of his departure.

Police formalities

The Riad Dar Zampa is required to complete the usual police formalities in order to satisfy the local authorities.

Therefore, the client will be asked to fill out a police form upon arrival at Riad Dar Zampa and to present an identity document.

Conditions for making rooms available

Rooms can be made available upon arrival of customers. However, for reasons of room occupancy sequence, customers may be asked to wait until the necessary refurbishment of the rooms is completed,

On the day of their departure, customers must vacate the rooms by noon at the latest. In the event of a later departure, luggage may be left in a room.

Use of premises

The customer accepts and undertakes to respect the internal regulations, the peaceful character of the premises and to make use of them in accordance with their destination. In the event of non-compliance by the customer with one of the provisions of the Internal Regulations, the establishment will be obliged to invite the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any refund if a regulation has already been been carried out. Any behavior contrary to morality and public order will lead the establishment to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any refund if a payment has already been made.

The customer undertakes to return the rooms in good condition and not to take any object whatsoever (household linen, decorative objects, etc.). Any missing or degraded object will be charged to the customer.

Number of occupants during the stay

This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number and the owner has not been notified before the arrival of the customers, he is able to refuse the additional customers.

This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Responsibility

Children staying at Riad Dar Zampa remain under the sole responsibility of their parents or legal representatives and must under no circumstances be left alone without supervision in the house.

Riad Dar Zampa cannot be held responsible in the event of interruption or failure of public services such as: water, electricity, gas, telephone or internet, nor for their direct or indirect consequences.

Customers remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of valuables: jewelry, money, credit cards, phone, camera equipment, video, etc.

The responsibility of Riad Dar Zampa is not engaged in case of loss, theft or damage.

Customers are responsible for their behavior and that of their children with respect to other customers and staff.

The Riad Dar Zampa is a real guest house: the owners stay on site and undertake to personally welcome customers with all the desirable attentions to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.
